Red Meat Forum Subscription – Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancel at any time

You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time under My rekening on our website, or by emailing cynthia@vslandbou.co.za. After you cancel, no further payments are taken. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

7-day cooling-off period

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full, without needing a reason. This is in line with section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

After the cooling-off period

• Monthly subscriptions: the current month is not refunded. Your subscription simply ends at the end of that month.
• Annual subscriptions: the remaining months are not refunded. Your subscription ends at the end of the paid year and does not renew.

Incorrect or duplicate payments

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you had cancelled, contact us and we will refund the incorrect amount in full.

How to request a refund

E-pos info@vslandbou.co.za with your name, the email address you subscribed with and the date of the payment. We will respond as soon as possible. Approved refunds are paid back to the card you used, through Payfast, within 30 days.
